With more than 50 years investing in real estate, the patriarch of the vegas parada family, transmits the next generation the way to generate effective transactions through real estate assets.
With its initiations in venezuela remodeling and building residential and commercial properties, in the middle of the 70s decides to enter the market of the united states participating in the flowering of the city of miami, florida.
With the death of carlos vegas in 1990, its children katiuska and carlos jose vegas parada started in venezuela ,years later we expanded to the united states as invepa international and panama as Invepa Panamá.

Katiuska Vegas
Is a founding partner of Invepa Properties. Katiuska oversees the firm’s strategic vision, sourcing and acquisitions. She is responsible for creating and maintaining both equity and debt relationships.
Industrial engineer of the Universidad Católica Andrés Bello (Caracas-Venezuela) with Master in Finance of I.E.S.A. (Caracas-Venezuela), has experience in urban development for the venezuelan oil industry, and with more than 12 years managing sales in the massive consumption industry. In 2012, it has been charged to Invepa Properties address to impulse its growth in the United States, specializing into the real estate market of Florida.
Carlos Vegas
Is a founding partner of Invepa Properties. Carlos is responsible for strategic planning, oversight, implementation and management of all operation and technology in Panamá and Venezuela.
With studies in systems and computing he has an extensive experience in the development of new business opportunities adapted to each market, being responsible for the development of business in Panamá, Colombia and Madrid.
